1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and WELUCKYDOG INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY INC("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the openclawpro.io website as well as any other related desktop application or service (collectively, the “Site”).

2. Brand & Independence Disclaimer

YourClaw Pro is an independent commercial software product developed by WELUCKYDOG INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY INC. It is built on top of an open-source AI framework that is freely licensed for commercial use. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the OpenClaw open-source project or its maintainers, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, or any other third-party AI provider.

3. User Representations

By using the Site and our Software, you represent and warrant that:

  • all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete;
  • you will not use the Site or Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including dishonest or abusive behavior;
  • your use of the Site will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

4. Purchases, Pricing, and License Terms

4.1 One-time purchase

Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the checkout page, YourClaw Pro is sold as a one-time purchase for a software license.

4.2 No recurring subscription by default

We do not charge recurring subscription fees for the one-time license product unless a recurring plan is clearly presented to you before purchase.

4.3 What the purchase includes

Your purchase includes the license rights and product access specifically described on the checkout page at the time of purchase. Statements on the website should be read together with the checkout page and refund policy.

4.4 Pricing and taxes

Prices are shown at checkout. Applicable taxes, payment processing details, and local charges may be added where required.

4.5 Future products or services

We may offer separate products, add-ons, support packages, cloud features, or services in the future under different pricing terms. Those offerings, if any, will be governed by their own disclosed pricing.
